Bruder Spielwaren at the International Toy Fair 2020

BRUDER receives "Plus X Award" for new "MAN sweeper"

Grevenbroich/Nuremberg/Fürth - 12 February 2020: BRUDER Spielwaren GmbH + Co KG, Fürth-Burgfarrnbach, receives an important industry award, as it did last year: the "Most Innovative Brand Award 2020" for the lifelike 1:16 toy model "MAN TGS truck sweeper". The toy was awarded for the four criteria "High Quality, Design, Operating Comfort and Functionality". In addition, this vehicle was also nominated for the "Toy Award" novelty prize at the Toy Fair 2020 in Nuremberg.

BRUDER in Burgfarrnbach was recently awarded the "Plus X Award" prize by the jury - consequently by independent, recognised trade journalists and industry personalities.
The criteria of high quality, design, ease of use and functionality were once again honoured as an outstanding recognition of market strength. This award praises the innovative strength and "exceptional brand performance" of BRUDER as a whole. According to the company, the "PLUS X Award" is "the world's largest innovation prize for technology, sport and lifestyle and thus one of the largest projects for the protection and strengthening of brands and trade.

BRUDER has often benefited from this product seal of approval. This is already the sixth time that the model vehicle specialists from Middle Franconia have received this award. Starting in 2015, the "Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon", the "Claas Axion tractor with snow chains and snow blower", the "MB Sprinter Ambulance with rescue service accessory set", the "John Deere 9620 RX crawler tractor", the realistic theme sets for the "bworld" figures and currently the "MAN TGS truck road sweeper" have already received awards.

The toy fair was also impressed.
The fact that the "street cleaning" vehicle hits the nerve of the children's world is also confirmed by its nomination for this year's "Toy Award" at the International Toy Fair.
The jurors also agreed that the model-robust 1:16 vehicle is a playful "all-rounder" for children's imagination: The sweeper body, for example, features two rotating and adjustable cleaning brushes that can also be adjusted in height. At the rear there is a "suction pipe", the waste body can be tilted in a quasi-realistic way. Of course, the play figures from the "bworld" series also fit the vehicle, especially those of the "municipal workers".

BRUDER has correctly recognised the market
This shows that BRUDER is also on the right track in 2020: The resource-saving plastic production as a whole can be considered "high-precision" - not only from BRUDER's point of view - and the high-quality parts will survive long and intensive playtime. Above all, the design follows "the child's perspective and motor skills," as Managing Director Paul Heinz Bruder explains.
His company has always been innovative: High-quality and affordable toy vehicles on a uniform 1:16 scale in all product segments are the focus of environmentally friendly production in Fürth.

In the in-house development department with 13 employees, numerous new products will continue to be created in 2020 that more than meet the need for child-friendly play, as the managing director describes: "Our young customers are becoming more and more demanding, especially when it comes to quality and richness of detail. They have complete play worlds before their eyes."
