You do not need to provide any personal data in order to visit our website or to receive information relating to our products and companies.

When only using the website for purely information purposes, i.e. when you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, then we will only collect the personal data which your browser transfers to our server. When you wish to view our website, then we will collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to be able to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security (the legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Lit. f GDPR):

We always store your data with the greatest care in order to protect it against loss, misuse or amendments. Our website is secured with the current SSL encryption technology. The storage duration of your data will depend on the statutory retention deadlines which are governed by commercial and tax laws.

BRUDER will only utilise the personal data provided by the customer within the scope of placing an order (all information by means of which you can be identified) for the processing and fulfillment of the order. The data will only be passed on to third parties when this is required for order processing and these third parties have been commissioned by BRUDER for this purpose (e.g. shipping services). The data will never otherwise be passed on to third parties for advertising, sales or marketing purposes.

 

We must inform you that there are inherent security risks involved in transferring data via the Internet (e.g. via email communication). It is not possible to safeguard data completely against unauthorised access by third parties. The site operator will not be liable for any damages or legal infringements which are caused by such security loopholes.

We hereby object to the use of the contact data as published as part of our duty to publish an imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending advertisements which are not expressly requested. The operator of the sites expressly reserves the right to instigate legal action in the event that unrequested advertising information is sent, such as via spam emails.

We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.

In addition, the data mentioned under Point 1. of this declaration will be transferred. This will be executed independently of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. When you do not wish to be allocated with your profile on YouTube, then you must log out before activating the button. BRUDER Spielwaren GmbH + Co. KG's websites use "cookies" in order to simplify use and provide additional functions.
