Customer Service Spare Parts

Responsible, hard-working, dependable person wanted to handle Customer product complaints. Duties to include, but not limited to, the following:
Must be able trouble shoot problems with toys and then resolve the problem.
Problem resolution can be done by spare parts or emailing in house video instructions on how to fix a problem.

Applicants should be well-spoken, with excellent written and oral communication skills, in addition to being highly organized and detail-oriented
Customer service via phone, friendly phone voice
Resolving customer problems
Answering customer emails
Printing and filing hard copies of orders
Processing and tracking orders
Entering orders into accounting software
Knowledge in SAP Business One software a big plus(but not critical)
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Assisting customers with locating spare parts for purchase
Explaining policies regarding manufacturers defect and warranty
Have a good mechanical knowledge of the toys including their functions
Helpful if this person enjoys tinkering with toys in order to try to trouble shoot or even repair one
